Hi, I’m Belle. I provide virtual clinical supervision to LMSWs seeking independent licensure in Texas, Virginia and North Carolina. As a clinical supervisor, my role is to help you learn and evolve into an experienced and competent social work professional. My supervision style is ethically sound, trauma informed, culturally responsive and one of complete transparency. I am EMDR, CBT, and DBT trained however also utilize theoretic models including existential-humanistic, psychodynamic, and systems. I incorporate teaching and mentoring methods into the therapeutic learning process. My passion is helping populations to include women, people of color, LGBTQIA+, and active/retired military service members.

Getting Started

  • If you are serious about starting your path towards independent licensure contact me by email, text, or using the contact form on this website to express interest. We will schedule a time to meet and discuss the supervision process further.

  • Let’s schedule a time to meet and discuss the supervision process. It’s important to ensure we are a good fit.

  • If you enjoyed the Meet and Greet and we both determine it’s a good fit, let’s move forward with onboarding. This will include review and completion of state board and licensure paperwork (e.g., supervision contract, supervision plan, etc.).

  • At this point, all state board paperwork has been completed. Now it’s time for clinical supervision. We will discuss a monthly schedule and begin meeting for your accrual of clinical supervision hours.

Supervision Requirements:

  • Supervisees must complete at least 100 hours of supervision by a board-approved clinical supervisor while completing a minimum of 3,000 hours of clinical experience under a board-approved clinical supervisor.

  • Supervisees must complete supervision and clinical hours in no less than 24 months and no more than 48 months.

  • Supervisees must complete a minimum of 4 hours and maximum of 10 hours of supervision per month with a board-approved clinical supervisor.

  • Group supervision must have a minimum of 2 and maximum of 6 supervisees in a supervision session.

**Please note: North Carolina only allows a maximum of 25 group supervision hours**

**Please note: Virginia only allows a maximum of 50 group supervision hours**

Supervision Fees:

  • Group: $60 per hour

  • Individual: $100 per hour

  • Social Work Code of Ethics, theoretical frameworks, case conceptualization, countertransference, boundaries, dual relationships, confidentiality, duty to warn, crisis intervention, safety planning, cultural awareness and diversity, trauma informed care, assessment/treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, ethical termination, referrals, social media, ASWB exam prep, clinical practice, insurance, and much more.
